| I have shopped on many online shisha shops in th UK and USA, but i have to say you have a good customer service and delivery time, and even though you are more expensive than the USA shisha sites, at least i know i am going to get my goods and get them fast with no problems with customs. In my mind you are the no1 shisha web site. |

I spoke to you a couple of days ago about a big egyptian ice shisha pipe I was going to order.
This is just to say that it arrived today and I'm absolutely delighted with it! It's a lovely looking piece of kit and smokes great, the Al Fakher tobacco you recommended is very nice too. Like I told you, I had a hi-life hookah already and this one I just got from you today is in a different league altogether... makes the hi-life look very crappy indeed. So thanks very much! Chances are I will never need another pipe, but I will definitely get any accesories and whatever from you in future.
