A 250 gram pack of molasses, depending on bowl size will give you approximately 50 standard bowl fills.
Approximately 5 grams of molasses per standard bowl is needed.
PLEASE NOTE: The UK is currently full of counterfit/fake Nakhla molasses, these can be detected by packs being underweight (around 150g), and have a single unbranded packet inside.
Genuine Nakhla packs have the Nakhla red seal (to represent Egyptian local quality) or blue, yellow and white seal (to represent export quality). Genuine Nakhla packs are also supplied with 2 Nakhla branded packets of flavour or a single foil wrapped Nakhla branded packet.

Eh, I thought it was alright. This was my first time buying shisha of my own, but it really didn't compare to the double apple I'd tried before back in the states. It's good for mixing, though, good buzz.
